Can I get traditional financing and do you have lenders to suggest?

We have preferred lenders that you can work with and buy it with 20% down or you can also do a contract for deed with the developer possibly.

Can I buy just the unit and then do all the interior work I want myself or does that have to be done by your builders?

You can definitely buy it as is and do some of the work yourself unless it's permit type work for instance building the mezzanine, someone needs to pull a permit and have a license to do that work same thing with electrical and plumbing.

When it comes to flooring, wall painting, doing an epoxy floor, hanging cabinets, that kind of stuff you can definitely do that yourself.

How long can I reserve a unit and still have the deposit be fully refundable?

Deposit for Phase 1 is up to 30 days and up to 60 days before the units are completed for Phase 2 to be fully refundable.

How big are the units?
